Purchased subscription from free trial, how does it update?

Dec 15, 2022 · So I’ve been playing for over a week now and my account still says it is a Free trial Account. I tried everything from resetting my password, finishing my battlenet account setup. I checked my status, and it says I’m subscribed, and I bought Dragon Flight. It been over a week and I submitted a ticket and no one has responded yet. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I literally have 5 coworkers who are interested in playing classic, but are confused about whether the trial will count. I honestly don’t have a source for them but am 90% sure the trial is only for retail WoW and they would need to pay $15 to trial Classic. Anyone know for sure? Any sources on this?
