Rubens Beyrodt Paiva (26 December 1929 – 21 January 1971) [2][3] was a Brazilian civil engineer and politician who, as a Congressman at the Brazilian Chamber of Deputies, opposed the implementation of a military dictatorship in Brazil in 1964.
