Dec 8, 2021 · My mouse is not connecting via Bluetooth. I removed it and then tried to pair it again, but it doesn't work. Bluetooth doesn't see the device, but the system is obviously recognizing it because it allows me to try and attach it. Mouse connection has been a problem since I bought the HP laptop.
