Sep 24, 2021 · The first Spiritbox EP was created by Mike and Courtney, essentially by themselves. Mike wrote all of the instrumentals, including the drums, and tracked the guitar and bass. And the drums are programmed, they aren't performed. I believe they have mentioned Mike Montgomery (EX IWABO) helped a bit with spicing up some drum parts though.

Apr 19, 2023 · I love the Singles Collection, it has two of my favorite Spiritbox songs. However, I do really think Spiritbox sounds the most unique and in their own element/style in Eternal Blue. The mixture of spacey, hauntingly gorgeous cleans from Courtney, into disgustingly perfect gutturals for other songs has been my favorite part about Spiritbox thus far.
