This commences the Steelers' brutal second-half schedule, but already standing at 6-2 and at the top of the AFC North, the Steelers are in a solid spot to secure a playoff spot as long as they can take care of business.

Terrell Edmunds' return to Pittsburgh was short-lived, with the Steelers announcing Saturday the safety was released, just two months into his second stint with the team that launched his career, as the Steelers shuffle their roster heading into Sunday's matchup against the Washington Commanders.

Edmunds was selected by the Steelers in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. After spending time with Philadelphia, Tennessee and Jacksonville, he was claimed off the Jaguars practice squad in September.
