The person behind the stabbing and attempted robbery at Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan’s home may have also targeted another famous actor, Shah Rukh Khan.

According to India Today's reports released by the Mumbai police, there was suspicious activity observed around Shah Rukh Khan's 'Mannat' residence on January 14, prior to the attack on Saif Ali Khan.

Saif Ali Khan was stabbed multiple times at his Bandra flat, requiring emergency surgery. The attacker had previously attempted to enter Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat but was deterred by security. Police clarified no suspects are detained,
