Police are asking health care companies to review employment records as they investigate a woman who posed as a nurse.

A PennDOT official says Pennsylvania State Police confirmed one person was pronounced dead just after 5 p.m.The eastbound side of U.S. 22 is shut down, and is expected to remain closed until 10 p.m.

Pennsylvania State Police say a hit-and-run incident occurred in Summit Township, at Rosebay Street and Jasmine Drive.
