TCU finally knows their bowl destination. The Horned Frogs are headed to the Isleta New Mexico Bowl in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where they’ll face the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns. It’s the first ever meeting between the two football programs, although TCU and Louisiana have met on the baseball diamond in recent years.

Texas Christian University (TCU) and Louisiana will face off at the 19th annual Isleta New Mexico Bowl on Dec. 28. The Horned Frogs (8-4, 6-3 Big 12) and the Ragin’ Cajuns (10-3, 7-1 Sun Belt) will be meeting for the first time on the gridiron in Albuquerque.

TCU has a few players who must make a decision to make ahead of the Horned Frogs’ match up with Louisiana in the New Mexico Bowl on Dec. 28. It’s early, but as of this week, TCU coach Sonny Dykes isn’t expecting any player to opt out.

The 2024 Isleta New Mexico Bowl matchup is set. It will be a Big 12 versus Sun Belt conference matchup as TCU faces Louisiana on December 28th at University Stadium.
