Ben Milliken was arrested and charged after allegedly fishing without a license and submitting a trophy catch into Texas’ ShareLunker program.

Pro fisherman and YouTube star Ben Milliken was arrested for fishing tournament fraud in Texas. Milliken, who has over 570,000 subscribers on YouTube, turned himself in after Nacogdoches County issued a warrant for his arrest on Thursday, December 12, according to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD).

“During the due diligence process this fall, prior to distributing program prizes at the Toyota ShareLunker Banquet, it was discovered that Milliken did not have a valid fishing license at the time the fish was caught and knowingly falsified the contest/tournament entry form.”
