A man was arrested on a murder charge in the case of a missing woman whose body was found in a rural area of western New York more than three years ago, authorities said.

A Chautauqua County woman says a Buffalo man, who was arrested earlier this month and accused of murder, abused her as a child.

The victim's remains were found in September 2021 near the remains of another unidentified woman by a recreation trail.
