King Soopers is seeking a temporary restraining order against workers and has filed a lawsuit alleging the union of colluding with other union locals to engage in unlawful “multi-union bargaining”

Kim Cordova, president of the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 7, has said staffing is one of the major issues for employees.

King Soopers asked a Denver judge Tuesday to grant a temporary restraining order against striking union employees that would limit certain picketing activities.
