Nine months after reversing his decision to make himself available for the ICC T20 World Cup in June 2024, Pakistan all-rounder Imad Wasim on Friday announced his retirement from international cricket.

Imad had already once retired from international cricket last year but his terrific form in the Pakistan Super League, where he was named player of the match in all three playoff games for eventual champions Islamabad United, prompted a return to international cricket in the T20 format.
