A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a tractor grader in Tulare County, while the driver of the tractor grader sustained minor injuries.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office has located the vehicle involved in the shooting death of Rosendo Herrera in San Joaquin in 2020, and are continuing to investigate the case.
