The matchup Monday night for the Heat at the Las Vegas NBA Summer League was a reminder of how things are about to change in the East. And it had little do with Monday’s players on the court.

Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra said on Saturday that Kel'el Ware needs to work on his "professionalism" ahead of his second NBA season.

After an underwhelming start to summer league, Ware was far more aggressive, active and engaged, hitting a hook shot on Miami's first possession en route to an 11-point first quarter that also included an alley-oop dunk (from Javonte Cooke), a three-pointer, two blocks and a steal.
