ATLANTA — Police are investigating a shooting that left two people injured on Saturday morning. Officers responded to the 2900 block of Landrum Drive SW after reports of two people who were shot around 7:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers located two women with gunshot wounds.

A 9-year-old girl was injured in a southwest Atlanta shooting. According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers were called out shortly before 6 p.m. on Thursday to the 1700 block of Myrtle Drive SW to find the girl suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to her leg.

The victims, whose identities have not been released, were conscious, alert, and breathing when officers arrived.

A shooting Monday at the Honduran consulate just outside Atlanta left one person dead and another injured, and a suspect was in custody, authorities said.

ATLANTA - A 19-year-old man was killed in a southwest Atlanta shooting on Monday afternoon. It happened at around 2:48 p.m. in the 300 block of Holderness Street SW near Greenwich Street SW. According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers arrived to find a 19-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

A homicide investigation is underway after The Atlanta Police Department learned a man was found with multiple gunshot wounds Thursday night. Police say around 10:42 p.m., law enforcement officials responded to a person shot call at 1940 Fisher Road in southeast Atlanta.
