Apple’s foldable iPad could be like ‘two iPad Pros side-by-side’
Rumors of a folding iPad have been floating in the ether for years, now. Recent ones include a smaller model that Apple would release in 2026 or 2027. Gurman’s write-up today has strong echoes of the gargantuan 20-inch folding “iPad / MacBook hybrid” he detailed in 2022.
Apple may have supersized plans for its foldable iPad
In Bloomberg’s “Power On” newsletter, it’s claimed that Apple’s foldable iPad may be the size of two iPad Pros side-by-side when unfolded. The display on this device is said to be close to 20 inches. Apple has reportedly been working on this product for a couple of years and is focused on trying to eliminate the crease.
