KENNEWICK, Wash. - The iCan Bike program is teaching people with disabilities how to ride a bike, aiming to help them become lifelong independent riders.

The land once owned by the Hayashida family has turned into a conservation and recreation crossover project, aimed to highlight mountain biking.
