Sean Dyche has left his Everton manager on the eve of their game with Peterborough United on Thursday night and after less than 12 months in charge. The 53-year-old’s exit comes less than a month after The Friedkin Group (TFG) completed their takeover of the Merseyside club,

"It's not often that Everton can take you totally by surprise given some of the antics in recent years, but sacking a manager couple of hours before a game is a new one even for them," McNulty told BBC Radio 5 Live.
