The 2025 offseason has begun and teams are ready for change. As of today, six teams are looking for new head coaches. This includes the Jaguars, the Patriots, the Raiders, the Saints, the Bears, and the Jets.

The Jets are leaving no stone unturned in their pursuit of the franchise’s next head coach. The organization has put in requests to interview a slew of coordinators preparing their current teams for the playoffs, including Steelers offensive coordinator Arthur Smith and Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady, per reports.

The New York Jets' search for a new head coach seemingly grows longer by the minute. There are 12 candidates and counting that have been reported to have already interviewed or have interviews on the books with the Jets as of Monday afternoon.
