James Gunn says the treatment for his 'Superman' sequel is 'totally done,' and that shooting will begin 'much sooner rather than later.'

Edited together as part of a 60-minute making-of feature, the seven-minute video shows Gunn walking Corenswet through Superman’s big final confrontation with Nicholas Hoult’s Lex Luthor, and specifically the moment when the Man Of Steel reminds Luthor he’s just as human as the rest of us.

James Gunn ’s new DCU has launched on the big screen, and Superman is officially a hit. While other DC projects were already well underway, Superman’s success means the franchise can officially hit the gas. It seems James Gunn has already just done that too, as he’s already hard at work on the next chapter of the “Superman Saga."
