Though South Africa are yet to name a replacement for injured pacer Anrich Nortje, Gerald Coetzee is believed to be the likely candidate as he was in a direct shoot-out with the 31-year-old for a spot in the Proteas attack.

Rob Walter’s remark that Anrich Nortjé was “bowling really quickly” at a camp before the Pakistan series is the main reason why he made the Proteas Champions Trophy squad.
