Indian superstar Allu Arjun was taken into custody by Hyderabad police on Friday in connection with a stampede that claimed the life of a woman.

Allu Arjun was arrested in connection with the Sandhya Theatre stampede case that occurred on December 4, where a 35-year-old woman tragically lost her life. However, the actor was soon released on interim bail for four weeks.

Popular Indian actor Allu Arjun was arrested from his residence following an incident at a theatre where his movie Pushpa 2: The Rule was playing. Shortly after the arrest, he was granted four-week interim bail.
