A warning from U.S Attorney General Pam Bondi to Minnesota, Maine and California to comply with the federal ban of trans athletes from girl’s sports, or “face legal action.” Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison says,

A bill that would ban transgender athletes from girls’ sports failed Monday on a party-line vote in the Minnesota House of Representatives. The measure called for restricting participation in girls sports at the elementary and secondary school levels to biological females as determined by genetics and reproductive organs.

The U.S. Senate voted Monday on the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, a federal ban on transgender women from participating in school and college athletic programs.
