Upon its initial drop, reaction to Perry's offering was polarising – with most viewers slating the drama. An IMDB critic didn't pull punches saying: "If I could rate it with zero, I would, given how bad the series is. Terrible acting, poor dialogue, everything done in a completely amateurish way."
Netflix fans have been left 'kicking and screaming' after new episodes of a divisive show finally landed on the platform. Tyler Perry's Beauty in Black released its first eight instalments back in October and has now dropped the final eight episodes.
