Microsoft has released Visual Studio 2019 version 16.6 Preview 2 of the integrated development environment (IDE) with a new IntelliSense linter to help C++ developers efficiently clean up code.

It’s a lightweight version of the full Visual Studio with IntelliSense, debugging and Git integration, and it’s available for PC, Mac and Linux. Wowzers, right?

Microsoft shipped Visual Studio 2019 version 16.1 with a host of new features and enhancements, led by an expansion of workloads that now support IntelliCode, the AI-assisted upgrade of IntelliSense.
