A thief was caught on video shoving a python down his pants at a pet store in Portland, Oregon.

Higor Fiuza, a Rainbow Bay surfer who made waves on social media with clips of his surfing carpet python, has been fined $1,500 after the viral video of his pet reached wildlife officials.
