Unless you configure your Brother MFC scanner to compile multiple pages into a single scanned document, you will have dozens if not hundreds of unique files to save.

Click each file that you want to merge into the multi-page PDF document while holding down the "Control" (Ctrl) key. Click the "Open" button.
