With the built-in file manager, you can search for files uploaded from specific users, in specific channels, during specific date ranges, by file type, and more.

Click the "Dash" icon. Type "files" (without quotes) in the search box. Click "Files" icon. Use the file manager to navigate to the directory containing the RAR archive you want extract files from.
