Like the Trash folder on a Mac, the Recycle Bin seems like a pretty important part of Windows. If you accidentally delete something, you can always get it back (unless you’re a Shift + Delete person).
I am trying to fix an HP Pavilion A610E, running WinXP SP3. The Recycle Bin icon on the desktop shows that there are files in it, and when I right-click it, it does give me the option to empty.
