If you can't connect to 5 GHz WiFi on Windows 11/10 but the 2.4 GHz WiFi band works fine, see this post for the working fixes.
To troubleshoot this option, click the WiFi icon in the system tray at the bottom right, find the WiFi network that won't connect, and right-click. In the pop-up menu, choose Forget.
