Web Builder’s templates are not so much jumping-in points as they are ideas. They include only the home page design, and many of the layouts are not adaptable beyond changing text.

How the layout is customized is up to you and your skill with HTML code, but you can access this customization screen through the "Pages" section of your Blogger profile.
