GTA Online fans are still worried about Fivem after noticing that the latest update was mostly made by the community.

FiveM and RedM developer Cfx.re is now part of Rockstar Games, showing the Grand Theft Auto developer’s interest in GTA Online and Red Dead Online role-play servers.

Rockstar Games has acquired Cfx.re, the team behind FiveM and RedM, marking a significant step in supporting the fan-run roleplay servers for GTA Online and Red Dead Online.

Rockstar and Cfx.re are bringing official roleplay server support for games. The developer makes modding tools FiveM and RedM for Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption.

With proper GTA 6 info coming soon, one of the big question marks is what Rockstar's acquisition of the devs behind the biggest GTA RP mods will mean for the upcoming game.
