TVLine reported that the actress Tracy Ifeachor confirmed that she will not return for the second season of HBO’s The Pitt’s. In the show, Ifeachor plays a fourth-year medical resident, who goes through significant turmoil during a single 15-hour shift at the emergency department.

While Ifeachor won’t reprise her role on season 2 of “The Pitt,” she already has a new project lined up. She is set to star in the upcoming M. Night Shyamalan thriller “Remain” alongside Jake Gyllenhaal, Phoebe Dynevor, Ashley Walters, Julie Hagerty, and Jay O. Sanders.

After suffering a miscarriage earlier in their shift together, Episode 11 of The Pitt showed Dr. Collins confiding in Dr. Robby. To help her better cope, the ER doctor gave Dr. Collins permission to clock out early and turn off her phone, and that was the last time we saw her.
