Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee will deliver his 2025 State of the State Address on Tuesday. He will likely talk about funding for the Washington Bridge and cyber security. However, money will be a top talking point for McKee on Tuesday as the state faces a sizable budget shortfall in the new year.
