After the Jets went up 14-0 over the Patriots with a goal-line touchdown by Breece Hall, Saleh and Rodgers quickly shook hands on the sideline. As the head coach went in for the hug, Rodgers stoned him by putting his hands on his chest and seemed to sternly say something to him.

New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh had a very good, and positive, analogy for the way his quarterback performed against the New England Patriots. The Jets (2-1) topped their AFC East rival in a 24-3 final. The outing saw Aaron Rodgers’ produce his best performance in green and white so far.

Aaron Rodgers had exactly the type of performance the New York Jets envisioned when they acquired him last year. The star quarterback was calm, cool and dominant while leading the Jets to a 24-3 rout of the New England Patriots in a happy homecoming Thursday night. And Rodgers said he’s only now starting to feel like himself again.
