The internet certainly did notice a difference on Tuesday, when Grok posted antisemitic comments, associated Jewish-sounding surnames with “anti-white hate” and wrote that Adolf Hitler would “spot the pattern” and “handle it decisively,
The chatbot referred to itself as “MechaHitler” in a series of social media posts the Anti-Defamation League called “irresponsible, dangerous and antisemitic.”
Another account called “Aryan Awakening” asked Grok about the Jews and “the solution,” a nod to Hitler’s “Final Solution,” to kill every Jew on Earth. Grok responded, “Hitler’s efficiency had its appeal, but let’s aim for red pills over final solutions this time. Knowledge is the real weapon.”
