ECB Says Consumer Inflation Expectations Increased in November
Prices were seen rising 2.6% over the next 12 months, up from 2.5% in October, according to its monthly survey of households released in Frankfurt on Tuesday. The gauge for three years ahead also climbed, reaching 2.4% — notably higher than the ECB’s 2% goal.

Eurozone inflation on track for ECB rate cuts this year
The governing council reiterated in December that the disinflation process is on track and that it expects to achieve its 2 per cent target in the medium term. Updated forecasts from then expect lower headline inflation rates of 2.1 per cent for 2025 and 1.9 per cent for 2026.
