And it is just his luck that Dallas' new day didn't just come with two over-the-hill superstars, but also a young potential superstar.

Not many young players have gained the same level of popularity as quickly as Cooper Flagg. The 6-foot-8 standout was selected as the No. 1 Draft pick in the recent event and made the move to the pro level to play at the Dallas Mavericks, alongside cemented stars such as Anthony Davis and Kyrie Irving.

Star rookie Cooper Flagg isn't the only first overall pick in his respective draft to join the Dallas Mavericks NBA Summer League roster.
