They saw a chance to create a meme after the viral video from a Coldplay concert that featured a married company CEO at the event with one of his employees. And of course, the meme had to include Cal Raleigh, also known as "Big Dumper."
The Mariners' meme came from a promotion the team started running at T-Mobile Park during the 2024 season, when fans who sent a message to the same email address could hire Raleigh to orchestrate their breakup.
