Long-lost crowns, rings, and sceptres dating back to the 15th and 16th centuries have resurfaced in the crypt of Lithuania’s most famous cathedral.

The Vilnius Cathedral crypt contains the tombs of King Alexander Jagiellon and of Queens Elizabeth of Austria and Barbara Radziwiłłówna. The heart of King Władysław IV Vasa was also placed here.
