Evanston, Illinois-based Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP) says it has completed the sale of Midwest Paper Group Holdings Inc. to McKinley Paper Co., a subsidiary of Mexico-based Bio Pappel S.A.
COMBINED LOCKS (WLUK) -- A Fox Valley paper mill has been sold. Midwest Paper Group makes packaging-grade paper at its mill in Combined Locks. The mill has a capacity to produce 500,000 tons per year.
