Nissan has officially shown us the first image of its new electric supermini – meet the new Micra. Look familiar? It may well do, if you’ve been keeping a close eye on the Renault 5.

Nissan has outlined it plan to relaunch the Micra, Leaf and Juke as next generation electric models. An all new Micra, based on the same platform as the Renault 5, will arrive later this year.
