SAGINAW, MI — “African-Americans and Labor” is the topic of a planned panel discussion this month at the Castle Museum of Saginaw County History. The Tuesday, Feb. 11, event will explore the history of the African-American community in labor unions, featuring perspectives from Black panelists, organizers said.

The University of the Pacific in Stockton is celebrating Black History Month with a series of planned events. Randall Ogans is the executive producer of those events at the university. He talked about what people can expect this February.
