Three users filed a class action lawsuit in the Northern District of California court, claiming that Apple knowingly sold its AirPods Pro with sound defects. According to the users, after buying the earphones, which Apple released on October 30th, 2019, they experienced “static and crackling” sounds to either one or both of the earphones.

Apple is being sued in a class-action lawsuit for false advertising regarding the first-generation AirPods Pro. The suit, filed earlier this month in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California,
