Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Kapoor have rented out their luxury apartment in Worli area of Mumbai at a rent of ₹ 20 lakh per month for five years, according to the property registration documents accessed by SquareYards.

PM IST Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor is known for his acting and dance skills. The 43-year-old earns through various brand deals, ads and movies. Now, the actor will get Rs 20 lakh per month by rent of his Mumbai apartment.

According to documents accessed by Business Today, the rental starts at Rs 20.5 lakh per month and gradually rises to Rs 23.98 lakh by the end of the five-year lease. The agreement also includes a 10-month rent-free period.

The apartment was originally purchased in May 2024 for Rs. 58.6 crore and was jointly acquired by Shahid and Mira Kapoor. The couple have now rented out the luxury property and will receive upwards of Rs 20 lakh on rent.
