YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - U.S. Senator Ruben Gallego cosponsored the Laken Riley Act Wednesday. The Laken Riley Act requires Immigration enforcement to arrest illegal migrants if they committed theft. The migrants would then be detained until removed from the U.S.
