A 25-year-old MTA bus passenger was shot and wounded in Brooklyn early Sunday when a bullet zipped through the windshield and struck him in the neck, according to police. The shooting happened shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Hegemon Avenue near Rockaway Avenue.

MTA driver Ian Bascombe was arrested after a clash with a rider on his B41 bus in Flatbush that ended with him stabbing the man in the head, cops said.
