Kyle Stacey, 34, of Marstons Mills, allegedly shot the rifle at workers on Tanbark Road on Tuesday morning. Police said they were called to the area for reports of a bullet hole in a home’s window. About 30 minutes later, police received a 911 call stating that there was a person shooting what appeared to be a rifle at tree workers.
