The pipeline fire burned for four days and resulted in the death of one person and the injury of four others. After burning for four straight days, the owner of the pipeline that burst Monday in La Porte has released their first report on what chemicals could have been released into the air as a result.

A pipeline explosion in La Porte, Texas caused a massive flame to shoot hundreds of feet into the air, leading to evacuations in the area.

Certain areas of La Porte and portions of Spencer Highway that were closed or evacuated following the Sept. 16 pipeline explosion have reopened.
