Marvel Television has officially announced that Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as Frank Castle aka The Punisher for a special on Disney+ after starring in the first season of Daredevil: Born Again.

Marvel has confirmed the Punisher's future in the MCU after Daredevil: Born Again. The character will be getting a Werewolf By Night style special, according to Entertainment Weekly. Jon Bernthal will return as Frank Castle and co-write the special with We Own This City director Reinaldo Marcus Green.
